Disney's premier passport?

We will be going to each DLR and WDW twice this upcoming year, maybe 3 times to each, i looked into the Premier passport, it looks worth buying it. DO they get magic bands? DLR currently does not use the magic bands so i wasn't sure how that would work.

Q. I have a Disney Premier Passport. Do I receive a MagicBand?
A. If you have a Disney Premier Passport, please follow these simple steps at least 10 days before you plan to visit Walt Disney World Resort and your MagicBand will be delivered straight to your home:

1. Create or sign into your Disney account.
2. Link your Disney Premier Passport to your Disney account, if you have not already done so.
3. Customize your MagicBand.

Please continue to bring your Disney Premier Passport to both the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. You will need the Disney Premier Passport for admission to Disneyland Resort theme parks and for your Passholder discounts at both the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.

MagicBand shipping is only available to United States addresses.

Just to warn you, those passes have been difficult for me to link to My Disney Experience. I finally got everything worked out and our magic bands are being customized, but it took many hours on the phone over about a week to get it to work. I started seriously working on this the first day Magic Bands were offered to annual pass holders, and my bands still haven't shipped. Disneyland was fine, they just take the nifty golden plastic card without any problems, but the Florida system is tough to navigate and buggy. I was told several times that if I just went to the Disney World it could be fixed quickly, but I live in California near Disneyland. Since you need to purchase these passes in person, I would suggest purchasing them in Disney World if you have a choice.
Oh, but in California I was able to get the Premium Annual pass on a no interest payment plan and just needed to pay the upgrade fee and Florida taxes... Not sure if that is available to non-Californians, but it sure took the sting off of spending $4040 on tickets for my family.
