Resort Thread Disney's PORT ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER Resort

You can also book an accessible room. They all have chairs and tables.
Do you know what other differences there would be with an accessible room? If the sink is lower, that would be an issue for my having to bend over too far down.

I just watched a YouTube video. The style of the room would not work for us, since the bathroom is one large room and nothing is separate.

How cold do the beverage coolers actually get? We will be there in 3 weeks for my daughter's nationals as well as park time. On her competition days, I usually pack us a lunch to bring with because there is never time to go get anything. Does it get cool enough to keep lunch meat and cheese at a safe temp? And milk? On our last trip we stayed at the Beach Club and Grand Floridian and had regular mini fridges.
Supposedly around 45, which isn't considered safe for dairy and meat.

Building one has a two queen, corner room with two chairs and a table on the first floor, and it also has a bathtub instead of the walk-in shower.

All corner rooms at POFQ have chairs rather than the new bench seats. Most corner rooms have two queen beds, although some are King rooms (on average, about three ground-floor rooms per building).

Remember that not ALL corner rooms feature the extra window, there are some that would have faced into internal stairwells for example that only have one window next to the door.

And pretty-much all of the Ground Floor rooms still have bathtubs rather than the new walk-in showers.

Cool. I was just trying to be helpful to the question asked about the need for two queen beds and a table and chairs as I had recently been in one that was exactly what the poster was looking for.

If you saw @andrewilley post above (post #11,041), he gave the temperature settings and one is 39 degrees. He states how to change the settings with a link, too. Your food will be fine! I've had milk and yogurt in the beverage coolers and we didn't change any setting and never had issues with it not being quite cold.
