Disney's POP CENTURY RESORT Information & Questions

Can someone tell me the locations of electrical outlets in the rooms here? We will have two CPAP machines that need to be plugged up one on each side of one of the beds, plus a host of electronic device chargers. I am planning on bringing a power strip but do I need to also bring an extension cord so we can have the CPAP machines close enough to the bed to use??

You will need to use the bed that is along the bathroom wall. There is an outlet behind the nightstand and also one on the bathroom wall.

Your other electronics could be plugged in under the table or in the sink area.

I don't recall any other outlets, other than the one behind the TV but that will have the TV and fridge plugged into it. If you don't require those you could unplug them.

What time does POP open for breakfast?...We have a 9;45 am flight and i know you have to leave 3 hours before flight to use the ME (6;45 am!!) , but i like to have breakfast before we leave...is this possible? and also, Do we HAVE to leave 3 hours before? has anyone left sooner than 3 hours before?

You can book your ME departure for any time that you like. You must call them and book though....you can't just get on an earlier bus. I actually prefer to depart the resort 3.5hrs before flight time. My experiences with ME have been that the bus makes a couple of stops after I get on and then I end up arriving at MCO with less than 2 hours to go before my flight.

There was one outlet behind the night stand. There was also an outlet on the wall on the side of the bed closest to the door. I can't remember if there was an outlet on the wall closest to the bathroom side or not. There was also an outlet near the table.

I brought an extension cord and a power strip because I always bring one for our electronics.

Hello POPers, we just switch our free dining reservation from Sports over to POP. We have stayed here twice before and I just knew I would be disappointed in Sports by comparison. November can't get here fast enough!

You can add them to your ressie by calling and talking to a CM now or you can wait until you do your online check in and you will be able to add 2 requests from this list:

I'm so ready for the end of August to get here. I shouldn't wish my summer away. It was such a long long winter, Yesterday it was 90 today it is 50.

17 days at pop again this year and I cannot wait.

I totally feel the same way!!! I don't have 17 days at Pop like you do though! Have fun!!!

17 days - lucky you! I have a week end of August (DD starts school Sept 8th so need to be back home). First Pop stay (first on site stay that's not either SOG or a Deluxe or DVC but it's just the 2 of us so we're so looking forward!). I just can't wait for school to let out - been a long year for us (long story but we'll have a wheelchair for DD so there's that).

Yeah they do have Coke Zero! I like it way more than Diet Coke for some reason. Makes getting the Rapid Full mugs a better option for me.

I am pretty sure 6AM.

I would verify this during your vacation we were told 6am at ASMovies and it turned out it was 6:30am. All we could get was cold bagels. Very disapointing.

One month from right now, we will be checked-in at POP, will have already had lunch at The WAVE and will be heading to EPCOT for the rest of the day! SOOOOO Excited! It's Me, DH, DD18, DS12 our second trip (first one was in 2012)...DD18 chose this trip for her high school graduation family vacation trip.

We just booked for late July/early August with the military discount! I'm so excited as we weren't planning on taking a trip for at least another year. I can't wait to go back "home." It'll be my sixth time at POP!

Here now, so looking right at the outlets one behind the nightstand between the beds , one on the wall near the door right at about 1 foot down from the head of the bed. One more on the wall near the bath about 2 feet up from the foot of the bed. Of course, I'm sure they vary by a few inches in each rom but these are the general locations.
