I always ask for the back, lol.. Way to tame. We sat in front for one ride, and it was nice for pic taking.

I could very well be a front seat "sissy"! LOL!

Had a FABULOUS time on our split stay studio BCV/Poly trip! Poly is certainly gorgeous! We were EXTREMELY pleased that our studio 3918 was ready by 11:30 when we checked in! We received pixie dust by receiving our 3rd floor request in Tokeleau, opposite side of pool construction. VERY HAPPY! Loved the location and the gorgeous VIEW and it was SO convenient walking to TTC.. We found the room to be spotless and the 2 bathrooms are really super! Looks like the Oasis pool will be beautiful when done! I was concerned that I would be bothered by the horns from the boats, but that was not the case. Thank you to all for the tips about Captain Cooks and ordering protocol. Ordered the "adult grilled cheese" one day even though it is not on the menu and it "lived up" to the delicious reviews. Hallowishes were BEAUTIFUL watching from the beach, but I didn't hear the music the nights we were there as others have mentioned. Someone mentioned that there may may be music up by the outdoor dining area of Captain Cooks, but as I said we watched from the beach and didn't hear any. Didn't think that the Lava Pool was particularly overcrowded at all; very pleasant. Pool water was very clean. LOVED the entire Poly experience! Only negative was that I did witness obvious "pool hoppers" who try to hang by the pool gates and "pretend" to have left their magic band at the room. Guests should not have to be concerned about non guests using the pool; there should be a staff member by the gate checking magic bands as there is at SAB. F&W was so much fun and delic, but we avoided Fri,Sat, and Sun. THANK YOU to all for the wealth of information on this thread which really made our trip special!

We are headed back to Poly Xmas week - we loved ordering Ohana for our room last July - but I do have a question about it - It took about an hour for it to arrive so I am wondering if this is something we can call and "pre"order from room service? Like if I called at 1pm and ordered it for around 5:30pm? Do they even do that? Just curious if anyone has tried that before - TIA!

My parents tried to do this 3 weeks ago on their last night. They wanted it to be delivered around 6:00PM When they called the CM seemed hesitant and not quite sure how to go about taking an order but not putting it in right away. She did take their order and said it would be no problem. Well once 6:45 rolled around they called and room service had no record of their order from earlier. So they took their order again and did have it delivered within 30 minutes. Now they could have just had a clueless CM that took the original order, but just wanted to share their experience.

We're returning to Poly in February for the Princess Half Marathon as part of a split stay with WL! So excited that a visa discount became available for a villa studio!!! We booked a standard view villa and love the idea that we have a guaranteed patio or balcony, but do not love the possibility of a parking lot view. We've been spoiled by rooms in either Samoa or (when booking CL) Hawaii. Our views have been good to fabulous, but never bad at Poly. For views, is Moorea our best option for a request?

Hello! Bumping up to see if anyone has standard villa request recommendations for us! Location feels about the same between the DVC longhouses, so view is our priority. Thanks!
