Disney's Photography Service

Disney wedding on a budget (a teeny tiny itsy bitsy budget)... their photography service is included in the Memories package.

So... I have seen people rave about their photos from The Roots and Randy Chapman, but I haven't seen anyone go on about their Disney photographer.
Has anyone here just stuck with Disney for their wedding photography? And if you did, were you satisfied, happy, ecstatic, disappointed?

Do you have examples of... your best and worst pics from them? Or even just general pics?

We used the photography services included with the Memories package and I didn't regret it. We requested Regina and we really enjoyed working with her and were very happy with the pictures. This was a vow renewal and I didn't want to spend money on outside photography, plus we booked so last minute I'm not sure that we could've found someone available even if we wanted to.

In the included hour we got just under 100 shots all around the GF. I was surprised at how many spots we got to in the 40 minutes or so following the ceremony. It was just the two of us so that helped things move along quickly. I don't have the CD so unfortunately no pictures to share with you but hopefully this helps a bit. One more thing to add - buying prints from DPS did get quite spendy so definitely factor that in to your decision. Lurkyloo posted the other day that the CD is now available for $500. I know lots of outside photogs include a CD of the images so definitely something to keep in mind. HTH

We had Regina for our engagement pics and LOVED her! We requested her for our wedding, and since we're local, I told our photography coordinator that as long as it was on a weekend, I didn't care what date we did it as long as Regina was our photographer!

We stuck with DPS and I could go on and on about our wonderful photographer Amy. She was amazing and we love every picture she took. You can see all of them here:

I also used DPS, because I really wanted an in park ceremony. I really like my pictures, although I will say I like the ones from my Trash the Dress session (taken by an outside photographer) better. I think the real difference (and other brides, please correct me if I am wrong), is that Disney does less editing that other photographers.

I also had Regina and Joe, and they are both really nice people and made everyone comfortable for the pictures! I have some photos in my TR below.

We had Stephanie for all three of our photo shoots and had the most fun and they came out great!!! The DPS photo books are super nice. You will be in good hands.

We had Mike for our MK shoot, and he took some gorgeous photos. The only thing I would have liked done differently is that he didn't pose us. He would just say - "stand over there" and then start taking photos
