I tried this in the Disneyland section, but no luck.

Has anyone stayed in the 1 Bedroom Paradise Suite at Paradise Pier? I thought it would be nice to have the extra space, but would like to see pictures or hear more about it first. Thanks!

I have stayed there and I wasn't impressed with the hotel. I didn't have a suite though. I didn't think there was much Disney theming, the elevator was always crowded, the restaurant wasn't very good.

There also isn't a laundry on site. You have to walk to the Disneyland hotel.

I did like that it was close to the park.

I stayed in a nicer Hilton and Marriott for less than the Paradise Pier. I know others that have enjoyed that hotel.

We have stayed in the 1 bdrm at the PP and LOOOVVEEDDDD IT!!!! It was HUGE!!!!!!!!! Loved it! We looked out over CA. There was a huge sectional in the living room. It folded out into a bed and the bed inside was huge and comfortable. There was a table and chairs in the living room with a big bathroom. The bedroom had two queens in it with a desk a table and chair. The bathroom in the bedroom was gigantic. It was a big suite. We would stay here again verses paying for a regular room at either the DL or GC. You definitely get your money's worth. This is no ordinary hotel room!

I haven't stayed there, but I just wanted to say that if you book on Expedia.com the rates can be better than AP rates sometimes. I would check!

We stayed here last June and did not like it at all. We have always stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and love it, but we were told that PP had just been remodeled and that the pool area was redone and really nice. The pool area is just a pool with a slide on the 3rd floor. To us it did not have the Disney feel. We were also told that PP had it's own entrance to DC. We did not realize that you had to walk down the the street and across and down a walk way. We also thought that it was quite a walk to DD. We just like being close to DD and the monorail, and we love the pool at the Disneyland Hotet, and think that the rooms are nicer there as well.

Just wanted to say that I have stayed at Paradise Pier and rather enjoyed my stay. This was about 4 years ago. My room was clean and breakfast at the restaurant was fine. I do enjoy the grounds of the Disneyland hotel but Paradise Pier was a more reasonable rate.

We are staying there this year too! Will not stay the DLH again went for the Magic everyone keeps talking about and Didn't get it! And the walk to DLH is no picnic either!
