Disneynature's "Earth" hit theaters today and now the studio has released a trailer for the follow-up movie called "Oceans." It is scheduled to hit theaters on August 8th, 2010.
Plot: Nearly three-quarters of the earth's surface is covered by oceans. French co-directors Jacques Perrin and Jacques Cluzaud have set out to capture the full expanse of these waters that have played such a crucial and constant role in the history and sustenance of man. The deep and abundant oceans are places of great mysteries and dangers that this film will dare to explore.
"Earth" has experienced a bit of controversy. The film is rated G, but features some disturbing scenes that kids may not be able to grasp or handle. While there is no blood or guts being splattered by the animals, everything else that leads up to that is featured in the movie. The goal, the director said, was to portray the wild kingdom honestly without having to "Disney-ify" it.

This is a repackage of the same stuff. What I was getting at is that the info I saw leading up to the release didnt seem to indicate that...
