Here's my first post to the Dis Boards.

We are planning our first 3 night cruise for the fall.

Our children will be 7 and 9 years old.

We would want them to stay together in the kid's activity areas.

Would it be possible for us to have the younger child stay with the older one.

Thanks for your information in advance.

DCL bends over backwards to fill your requests. My girls were 7 and 9 on our first Wonder cruise and they let them stay together. First they suggested moving the older child down, but I explained that my 9 year old would not feel comfortable with 5 year olds. They agreed to let the 7 year old move up with 9' s on a "trial" basis. Once you are in one group, they don't like to move you to another. She did fine in there! They loved being together. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Disney understands that.

In fact, on our second cruise, my 3 year old would not go into the club. He's very very shy. We wanted to do Palo, so they made a special arrangement for my 10 year old to stay in there with him. They gave her a special pass. I was so impressed with how accomodating they were!

Have a great time!

Going to echo the previous poster.. They do go above and beyond.. Gotta love them... :)
