Beginning November 1st, there will be modifications to the Disney's Magical Express operation at the Orlando International Airport.

1. You must have booked your use of Disney’s Magical Express prior to arriving at the airport in order to utilize the service. The airport authority will not permit Disney to transfer any Guest that has not arranged Disney’s Magical Express prior to arrival at the airport. If you have not yet confirmed your Disney’s Magical Express reservation, please call your call travel agent or 407-W-DISNEY, to do so.

2. When you arrive at the Orlando International Airport, please proceed directly to the Disney Welcome Center, which is located on A side, Level 1 of the main Terminal. Disney’s Magical Express representatives will no longer be positioned outside of security in the main terminal as you exit the tram, but will be located in the baggage claim areas if you need directions to the Disney Welcome Center.

We have a package booked for 5 people but will be split up and arriving at different times (3 on one plane and 2 on another). Can we schedule the ME for the two different times of arrival.

Thanks

DME is done on an individual basis, not a group basis. It makes no difference if you have 5 people coming from 5 different flights at 5 different times. Anyone who flies into MCO and is a registered guest at a WDW-owned resort can use DME -- you don't lose your eligibility for the service because you are not traveling at the same time or from the same place as others. Just make sure DME has each person's travel info, in advance, and everything will be peachy.
