Just wanted to give a great report of service! When we finally got to our 2BR villa at BWV late on the 4th of July the studio side had not been cleaned. I called the front desk who tried to find another 2br to move us to, but they were all sold out. I asked if they could just send someone to clean it as soon as possible. To my surprise a supervisor and 4 maids showed up immediately. They cleaned the room **** & span in no time while the supervisor offered apologies, our pts back, and anything else we wanted. The following 3 days we received a complimentary full cleaning everyday with new towels, etc. They restored the pts for the entire 2BR for the nite and even put them into next yr since my current yr expires end of this month. Yes, mistakes happen, even at Disney, but they exemplify what every good company should be about, customer service and making it right for the customer. In this day and age when it seems I have to complain to no avail everywhere else, I just wanted to share why we return yr after yr to Disney...you can't beat their customer service!
