I also would not leave your mobile order timing to the last minute. Things can get pretty slow/bogged down at peak times in the AM. If you’re trying to get anywhere else in a timely manner (especially rope drop), err on the side of extra time, in my experience.

Now I have another question: Can I put in the mobile order before they're open, for example at 6 a.m. for a 7 a.m. pickup? (Apologies that I don't know their hours.)

Yes you can, and should, so that you don't lose your Arrival Time. If I remember correctly, you can order and pay, just have to wait until your Arrival Time to click to let them know you are ready for them to prepare it. I think that time can be the opening time, and I see to remember being able to click it maybe 5 minutes ahead or so.

I did contemplate changing to the GF in a TPV since I could get that for less than a Pool/Marina at the Poly, but... A new room vs. what I keep hearing are very dated and showing their age? I've decided my trip is paid off, I'll stick with the Poly.

I don't know. When I tried it the lagoon view was not available for me. Just the Garden view. Oh well.

I had a question, I found out that if you want to reserve a poolside patio that you can only do it the day you want to reserve it? That's at least what the guest services told me when I waited 90 minutes on hold. thanks for the help!

This would be extremely helpful if I could order the so-called allergy Mickey waffles on mobile ordering, however, I just went to Gaspy's mobile ordering menu and there's no way to select that. (BTW, I'm vegan, and the allergy waffles are vegan.) Very disappointing. I guess I'll be going there in person. Early.

My sister and I stayed at the GF at the end of January. She has celiac disease and she was able to order gluten free Mickey waffles. I think she talked to the CM outside the door of the Gasparillas.

Good to know! I have celiac. When I stayed at the Poly in 2019 I talked to the chef upon my arrival. But we never did mobile ordering back then
