I was very pleasantly surprised by the Maya Grill last year - the dish patterned after the Three Cabalerros was great, and our server, Edwin, allied with the Spanish guitar player, made a wonderful fuss for my wife's birthday. I definitely wouldn't skip it you're staying at the CSR.

We have ate at Maya in the past but skipped it this trip.

We have an early morning breakfast reservation at BOG (8:05) on a day Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00am. Does anyone know what time busses start running in the morning and what time we would need to be waiting at the bus stop to be at the park by 7:30-7:45am? Thanks in advance.

I believe the busses start running at 645, 7 at the latest. You should be ok. You could always take a taxi if your worried, but I think you will make it in time

Hi,

Could someone who recently stayed in building 9B please verify for me that there are still elevators? We just booked it and my mom suddenly got worried that there wouldn't be elevators because there are only two floors and spoke to two different "front desk" people on the phone who confirmed to her that NO, it doesn't have an elevators. That conflicts with older posts I see saying that they do.

Yes, there is an elevator. It's located at the end closest to Cabanas 9A.

We got to Pepper Market at about 7 the morning we went to MK. We made with plenty of time for rope drop. We moved a little slower the days we went to the other parks but still made it their right at rope drop.

How is Pepper Market now? We were there in 2014, and it seemed to be in transition, so it was extremely underwhelming. The Mexican bar was basically just nachos, IIRC. It was much better in previous years, and it didn't seem likely that it would be permanently in the state it was in in '14, so I'm curious to read reviews!

We booked a BC room with the current sale. We were booked at POR in a RR and saved money by switching and upgrading( YAY!). Last trip we were in King room in the Ranchos, it was a lovely room, but we were much too far away from the main building and the big pool. It looks like a short walk to the bus stop and the main building

We had dinner at the Mesa it was delicious! It was our second favorite meal ( after Paradiso downtown). I would recommend it!
We also enjoyed the Peppermill, it's offerings were better than the POR food court. Better quality overall and I liked that we never had a problem finding an open table.

So sad.... Leaving now but had another fabulous stay at CSR!! The atmosphere is just breath-taking day and night. There was a convention there this time but it didn't affect us at all. Way too much fun and excellent bus service the entire time!

So glad to hear you had a great time. We will be there end of January and I'm so excited to try CS for the first time. Glad to hear you weren't bothered by the convention and that the buses were running well. A friend if mine is at POR right now and says the buses have been extremely slow and often full, waiting 60 mins at times

You'll love it! I would say on average we waited 10 minutes, sometimes even less. That includes rope drop mornings (every morning) and leaving the parks. One night we stayed for Wishes then hustled out right after. We were able to get right on a bus with some room to spare.

Hi, I read under the room descriptions that the Junior Suites are the size of 2 standard rooms - does this mean that it has 2 full bathrooms?

So excited!!! Just booked a business class room for March break. Can't wait to try out all the amnenities....our first time BC.

Was thinking about staying at Animal Kingdom, or Wilderness Lodge, but with the drop in our Canadian Dollar, even with the current sale, for a standard room at $369 it was adding up to be around $500 a night! ( after taxes and conversion) Yikes!
