Has anyone seen cartons of Lactaid brand milk at CSR? We bought some small cartons of it two years ago. I think they were in Rix cafe. We had never seen them for sale in other resorts.

I'm pretty sure they have those at Panchito's. At the very back of the store where the coolers and till are.

We are considering choosing CS for the business class/Club rooms. We could upgrade room slightly and skip the dining plan the pricing would be advantageous to us. I know it serves snacks throughout the day, but what type of options are there for breakfast. Is it just pastry and yogurt or is there something more substantial offered?

We have stayed Business Class several times at CSR and Coconino Cove does not serve snacks all day....only open for breakfast and then again in the evening from 5-10 pm.

Just a side note, the laundry facilities at CSR have all been upgraded to the new systems now.

Well..I decided to call and see if there was any chance in upgrading our resort choice. Originally staying at POP Century but decided why not call and ask if anything at a moderate available. Surprisingly they found a CSR standard view room for much less than anticipated !! I pulled the trigger and now we will be at CSR from May 9th - 15th!! My husband has no clue yet but looking forward to surprising him. It's our anniversary trip plus his first WDW trip and we had originally booked CSR almost 2 years ago but had to cancel. I'm really excited with 18 days to go !!

I just wanted to chime in that we really loved CSR! We stayed for 2 nights over Easter and the staff was really wonderful. We usually stay deluxe but it wasn't in our price range. We got a great last minute rate here so we thought that we would give it a try and were so glad that we did. They had wonderful activities for Easter, my children got so many candy and prizes throughout the weekend, it was like Xmas and Halloween combined. Plus we had Mickey and Minnie visit us. Mickey even helped my 2 year old out at the candy scramble. The only con that we ran into was on check out day we hung out by the pool so we asked bell services to hold some cold items for us. First off, I had to track someone down to ask them this then they just left me standing there holding like 4 very heavy bags. Finally a man said oh, you can bring them over here, while 3 other guys just stood there and watched me drag 4 heavy bags in my Easter dress! Then when I went to pick them up it took forever just to find someone, I finally found a delivery man and he said oh just go inside they're standing in there. So I had to go inside the bell services room and find someone. I realize there are differences between deluxe and moderate resorts but I did expect a little more from this department. Other than that like I said all of the staff was absolutely outstanding and I can't wait to go back next year.

I just started drinking tea daily and was curious if honey was easily available at the shops in CSR. I really don't want to pack some lol. Thanks in advance.

Not sure where you are enjoying your tea, but honey is available in packets in the morning in the Pepper Market. You can ask them to get it for you at other times if you need it. Not sure about other locations.

Question about request: If I call is there a limit to how many requests I can put in? I need a crib and 2 queen beds. Will I also be able to request a building?

You can request pretty much anything. However, it is wise to limit them, as the more you make, the harder it is to get them. And the harder it is for them to figure out which ones are really important to you. As always, requests are just requests, and there is never a guarantee of any of them being met.

Though getting 2 queen beds shouldn't be a problem. I'm pretty sure you have to request or pay for king bed rooms, so you shouldn't have a problem getting the queen beds.

We love the pool! Like the idea of laying on hammocks, use our resort mugs often, would like the be near a bus stop. We also plan to use the gym at least every other day. Our first full week will be pretty low crowd wise but our last 5 days will be during Thanksgiving week. If we stay in Cabanas will there be any seats left on bus by the time the bus gets to us?

I would take 4 for everything listed except the pool and to be safe on the bus seats

Yes there are towels at the main pool. If you use the quiet pools just bring the towels from your room & call mousekeeping to request more.
