Making ADRs for our upcoming May trip: 2 nights at POFQ, then 5 nights at CSR. We usually stay at CSR at least 2 or 3 times a year so we are very familiar with most of the resort! :cloud9: I say "most" because I noticed I could reserve Las Ventanas for dinner! The only menus I have seen are breakfast and lunch.

Would any of you know what the dinner menu is; or is this a brand new offering? Or would anyone visiting in the very near future be willing to stop by and find out what what's for dinner?! :worship:

Dinner menu looks to be the same as the lunch. I had the blackened Mahi Mahi and it was incredible.

Maya Grill is still there for dinner only. Las Ventanas is breakfast and lunch. Its only a few dollars more than the food court for much better food and atmosphere. Also café rix has nice grab and go items you can take into the rix bar and eat for nice ambiance also. Also you can take the food court in there as well if you want.

Thank you!!

Can anyone tell me what the coffee offering is in CSR (type of pods)? How many servings are in the room? Is it remotely decent (all things considered)? And does housekeeping leave new ones daily? Trying to figure out if I need to order some with the rest of our groceries/snacks.

is the coffee in the room complimentary? sorry but im not a coffee drinker, so ive never used it but my dad will be staying with us for 2 nights and he MUST wake up to some. Thanks!

Why does it say to bring towels from your room to use at the pool? I thought CSR provided towels at the pool?

My room has a keurig room with green mountain blend pods

Most, if not all resort now supply Joffreys coffee with the in room coffee makers. Its much better than the nasty Nescafe they used to supply. The coffee makers take the flat Cuisinart type of pod. IIRC, we had 2 each of the regular and decaf pods, which were replenished daily (and they'll leave you extra if you ask).

And yes, it is complimentary.

PSA: use bottled water to make your coffee. The Orlando water has an awful taste unless its filtered.

I 2nd and 3rd this...USE BOTTLED WATER!!!

I can deal with the ice water; though for many even this tastes like pool. But we also first made our coffee with tap water.. was disgusting....
Was like pool water with a splash of coffee... To each their own,, but worth every cent of the bottled water...

Joffery brand coffee are in the rooms.

This is exactly what ours looks like in Cabanas 8A:

There are 2 each of the regular and decaf. Also a couple of packets with 2 sugars, 2 yellow (Splenda) packets, stir sticks and plain Coffee Mate powdered creamer. No tea. And we used the regular pods one morning and they were replenished by housekeeping. If you left a note asking for more, they might, I guess.

Hi!

I'm planning on taking one of the early tours at MK during my upcoming trip. Does anyone know how early the busses to MK leave from CSR, and if it's possible to arrive at MK by around 7 am using the CSR busses? Thanks!
