Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

I didn't get a gift at RPC and my MB didn't work either, but I was happy with the service while at the resort. Housekeeping was perfect, and that is usually my biggest complaint. CMs were very accommodating and food was good and always replenished.
I agree. The staff have been lovely and always offering help. The CM’s in the lounge are always clearing away dishes, a task that I have seen hit or miss in other lounges in the past. Housekeeping has also been “on point”. No complaints! The fifth floor has even grown on me! It is very peaceful up here. Sadly, half on my trip is already over....just a few days left :( Good news...I booked a BB for December! There are slim pickings...was only able to get BC Garden View CL (at least at a rate I can afford). A new resort to try!

Enjoy the rest of your trip! Look forward to reading more of your thoughts/ review! We also just booked a BB and found availability to be scant!

Glad you're having a great time and that you're enjoying the quiet/peacefulness of the fifth floor. Congrats on booking a BB :wizard:.

What dates did you book for? I was trying for the 7-14 & only able to get BWI garden cottage. I plan to keep checking & try to change back to YC or BC. Thanks!

8 - 15. There were a couple other configurations, but I have to leave by the 18th. I have called back a few times, but still nothing. They did have Sugarloaf, but that is not my fave....then of course a few 2 bedroom suites scattered. I am hoping once they announce the Star Wars date that maybe more will open. Of course that only works if it is AFTER the dates I am looking for.

I have spent sometime reading this thread, and am planning on my first club level stay for next spring break (2020).

I want to book the room only portion now. We will have APs this year and would like to lock in the room we want.

I am pretty open to any resort with club level, but we really love being able to walk to a park. Last trip was Beach club, next one is Yatch club. While I would stay there again I am leaning towards wilderness lodge, hoping for a deluxe room.

Does any club level really stick out to anyone?

We will be 2 adults, and 2 kids 5 and 21ish months. I know the parks are insanely crowded this time of year so I’m hoping to love the hotel and club service and enjoy some of the amenities and perks.

I have stayed BC, Contemporary, GF in recent years, and poly years ago. Staying YC this year.

If you are wanting or like walking to a park that narrows it down to CR, BC, YC, or BWI.

Personally we all favor certain resorts for different reasons, NONE of them are a bad choice!

Out of the 4 I listed above I would probably choose best available room and rate, in order though probably YC/BWI, BC then CR

Definitely doesn’t need to be walkable, it’s just what we have liked recently with the kids, makes things so easy. I’m leaning WL, I’ve always wanted to stay there an love the idea of the deluxe room.

The deluxe CL rooms are fantastic...we stayed in one over the Christmas holidays (I posted photos and a review upthread). The deluxe rooms are also really cool because you can see out the windows when the boat is coming, so you don't have to stand outside waiting! :)

I've stayed CL at GF, Poly, WL & BWI and I love them all for different reasons. I don't think you can go wrong with any CL as they all have their pros/cons, so I would look at pics of all of them and choose the one that appeals to you the most :).

I think WL CL would be a great choice ;).

WL is BEAUTIFUL!!!

::yes::

The deluxe room is a huge selling point! I worry it will be hard to go back to a regular room!

Picking a resort is always so hard for me.... why? No idea!

There are deluxe rooms at BWI, too. We haven't stayed there yet but are really looking forward to it! They all have Boardwalk views. Until @reluctantredhead mentioned it, I hadn't really thought about it but we can see the boat approaching the dock, too! What a great idea, hah, good thing I visit this forum. :o

I'll never stay at WL because I live next to Yellowstone and we'd be criticizing it all day for not being the real Old Faithful Inn, (actually, WL has a LOT nicer rooms, hah) but it is a beautiful resort.

I do love staying in that area.... I was all set on WL.... now I’m not so sure!

Those BWI Deluxe rooms are lovely! I think you are going to really enjoy the extra room. We have one booked for our Oct visit.
It's nice that the Boardwalk is the last stop before arriving at Epcot and the first stop departing Epcot. Sometimes we walk, sometimes we take the boat, it's a convenient option.

I honestly don't think you can go wrong. Just like with our room- we're not putting in a request, in a way we want to be surprised as they just have different benefits, in my mind.

Same with the resorts- they're lovely each in their own way- sort of the opposite of the opening sentence in Anna Karenina....

"All wonderful resorts aren't alike, each wonderful resort is wonderful in it's own way." :goodvibes
