Resort Thread Disney's Club Level (CL) Thread

Does anyone have the new Signature Services email? My TA is awesome and very detailed, but recommended that I call SS, so I did, early this week. The CM that I spoke with was very nice and promised an email with info about special parties (Fireworks, Dessert Parties etc etc) but I haven't got anything. She did verify that they had my correct email.

I really need them to make ALL of my ADRs and other bookings at my 180 mark which is Feb 25th so I have to make sure they're on the ball and that they have all of my requests. I do know that I will need to call them back with my CC info, and I will let them keep it on file.

Any info or suggestions, in addition to their email, on this new CL service is greatly appreciated. :sunny:

This is the email I have used and always get a response:)

Just a quick update on our AKL Jambo 2 bedroom Suite (non-DVC). We were able to request and receive 2 queen beds instead of 1 queen and a bunk bed. We also asked for a full size crib which came and a rollaway which we place in the master bedroom. We did have to request a blanket for the crib at bedtime and we did not realize there was not one.

Also the 3rd bathroom in the suites is only a half bath unlike the DVC 2 bedroom which has 3 full bathrooms. Also the location of the 2 bedroom suites is under the thatched roof at the VERY end of the buildings. This make it an adventurous hike to the club lounge for snacks or beverages.

We're still a month out, will wait 2 more weeks and then call just to say "hi" and get on the radar! :)
I was thinking the same as you. We're 42 days away from arriving at BWI and haven't heard from DSS, so I just shot them an email this morning with a couple of questions and to verify a couple things on our reservation. Despite not hearing from them yet (no big deal, just thought it would be nice to hear from them) I am very pleased to have read so many great reviews about the new service so far!

OCD alert... my ADR window opened this morning and I decided to go through Signature Services. Called with my cc number and sent an email with my ADR list yesterday. Noon Florida time and no email back yet. I should have done them myself I guess to avoid this!!! LOL

Let me know how it goes! I have no choice but to book my ADR's through signature services when my window opens. Hoping it works out ok as we'll be visiting during Christmas, which I hear is kinda busy:)

We have a standard view-CL booked at BC. Does anyone have suggestions of best room numbers with full balconies? We usually book king bed at other resorts but not sure how many king bed rooms are available in standard view-CL. We will absolutely accept queen beds but would like a full balcony with maybe a halfway decent view. Touring plans show room numbers 5680 & 5682 as standard view-CL but not sure if this is accurate. Also, is this something Signature Services can help with or is this a request we can add to our reservation and hope for the best. Thanks for any suggestions. :thanks:

You can definitely add your request for a full balcony to your reservation. Sorry I don't have specific suggestions for room numbers, but have you checked out the Beach Club Room Views thread? There are lots of pictures and info. posted there that might help. Enjoy your trip!

Just heard back from Signature Services. Got all our reservations except Le Cellier, which they said is not open for booking on our dates yet. They booked us at Monsieur Paul in the meantime, which I will cancel anyway (not an appealing menu for our teens). Any thoughts on when availability might open????

So I just called DSS and gave them my CC to keep on file and then I asked the CM to explain to be exactly how the new DSS works, and I also explained to her what our previous experiences were with IPO. One thing she said was that they don't send emails to confirm the ADRs that they make unless a confirmation email is requested. I asked her why, and she said because most people log into the MDE and can see their reservations there. I told her that I will be requesting a confirmation email. :surfweb:

The CM was very nice and answered all of my questions, and made the allergy notation for all of our ADRs and also so the Club lounge chef will have the info. I told her that I never received the email that a CM that I spoke to earlier this week promised to send, containing a listing of all specialty cruises and dessert parties, and she said she'd send it.

I guess we'll see! :confused3

Edited to add: Feckless I'm glad that you got almost all of your ADRs. I didn't see your post until after I posted mine.

Thank you, I added full balcony to my reservation. I did look at the Beach Club Room Views thread, but didn't see any photos or views from either of those rooms. Looking forward to our trip.

I am booked at a deluxe room at BC. I have checked out touring plans but cannot tell which deluxe rooms are closest to lounge since lounge doesn't seem to be labeled. Anyone know which I should request?
Not sure if you went over to the beach club forum yet but Dee and everyone over there have been an invaluable resources. I am staying BC CL Deluxe in June and here is what I learned about the rooms. There are only 6!

1557-cement patio and lots of windows
2557/4557-both have extra large balconies
3557-Juliet balcony, if youre not familiar they are tiny balconies, no chairs or room to sit for that matter
3691-juliet bacony overlooking SAB and a regular balcony overlooking the entry doors
4681-juliet balcony

the first 3 are over cape may. people report that while the hallways smell like seafood from the buffet, the rooms do not.
the last 2 are by the tidal pool
The ones over cape may appear to be a bit closer to the lounge. The lounge is on the 5th floor near the elevators. beach club.jpg beach club2.jpg

Noticeable improvements at the GFR's Royal Palm Club (we returned this afternoon). After a long initiation process, executive chef Scott A. Hunnel and his talented staff have improved the food offerings, particularly the food at "Twilight Refreshers." And the quantities are satisfactory enough: we did not see any items run out, as we did on a few occasions last year. Repeat guests, who were disappointed in 2016, will be pleasantly surprised this year.

The wine offerings are satisfactory "value wines," such as the Edna Valley Pinot Noir (under $15), the R Collectioa n Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 (under $15), the R Collection Chardonnay 2014 (under $15), the Selbach Riesling (under $12) and the Piper Sonoma Blanc de Blancs (under $20). The Piper Sonoma, however, is a weak substitute for the Mumm Napa Cuvee M, which was the sparking wine of choice at the GFR for years.

A few new additions to the better-than-average liquer lineup: Ferreira Tawny Port 10 year, Bailey's Irish Cream and Frangelico.

We'll compare and contrast in April.

All the best! :thumbsup2

What were the food offerings in RPC? Our last visit was over a year ago and wondering if anything has changed after hearing all the improvements in other cl. Thanks

so we have a split stay coming up and received our blue reservation booklet for our moderate hotel but not for our club level stay. My husband kept saying it'll come in due time. Lol, well guess who's getting anxious for that book? He keeps checking MDE to make sure our reservation is still there. Lmao. I love that's he's just as excited as I am. We are still trying to find a way to tell our kids and when to tell them. We have nine months to figure that part out.
