In my experience, it's not unusual. Disney's IT is not the best. When I don't hear from DSS first, I just contact them myself.We arrive in a week, and no one from the GF concierge staff has reached out to me. Typical? We haven’t stayed CL for a while as we became DVC owners, so we usually stay on points, but we used to stay CL quite a bit...![]()
The great thing is that it's easy to reach out to DSS by phone or email.
