Thanks a lot . So that's definitely be an issue. Any idea what can I do except cancel my whole resort reservation? I'm mad because two different cast members told me the size of the bed was okay for an adult. What would have happened if we discovered that on our arriving day?

My sister slept in the murphy bed with no problem. She is 5"6, 48 yrs old and medium build. She does sleep with her knee's pulled up but she had no problem during her girls trip. We are booked with 5 ladies again for this September.

Im 5 foot 5 and the only way I could fit in it was with my knees pulled up..but I couldnt sleep like that all night long..lol

Hi everyone! Quick question for anyone currently at CBR (or if anyone else knows): do they sale the Disney autograph books in the Calypso Trading Post? I want to get them for my two kids, but don't know if I should chance them being available at the resort or go ahead and get them. TIA!!!

I've noticed a couple of people mention star wars magic bands at the resort, as part of your free choices. Am I reading that wrong ? I thought you only had the option of plain bands for free. My boys love Star Wars, as do I, and this would be a great surprise for them.

With the Awaken Summer package there is a band with some thing (didn't see the movie, couldn't tell you what it is besides not what I want on my arm - and nothing about it says "summer" to me) from Star Wars on it. You have to book the package to get it.

But you can opt for a regular band luckily - otherwise I would have just declined and used an old one.

Thanks, that explains it. Sounds like exactly what they'd want on their arms, but we've already sorted our package. If it was part of the normal plan, it would have been a nice option. Besides, think they have already decided to go for, Nightmare before Christmas accessories. Thanks again

No it's not complete. If you would like a room with a murphy bed then make sure that ks one of your requests.

We'll be assigned a room with one because we are a family of 6. (We have 4 children ~ 8, 5, 2 and 11 months at time of travel) I was just wondering because I'd love a room in Aruba 51 if possible and I didn't see many murphy bed rooms listed in Aruba on the first page. Thank you!

Oh, gotcha. I guess I should have looked at your signature first! Anyway I do know of at least 6 rooms in Aruba 51 that have Murphy Beds.

Is there any reason you can't ask your TA to add the requests for you? Mine did it with no problems. Just FYI, the reason is that the TA "owns" the reservation until you check in. He/she would need to make any changes for you.

I had already requested Jamaica when we originally booked, but I will give them another call and get them to note building & floor, thanks

So excited! We were able to get CBR for all 10 nights for our trip in August! We haven't been to CBR since 2009 and we missed it terribly. At first there was no availability, aside from pirate rooms, with the discounts we had but staying up late paid off because at 1am I found availability for both reservations.

YAY well done you!! we were down last August and it was amazing..not too busy at all, you will have a blast!

I thought Touring plans only allowed you to request ONE room? You were able to add all those requests (corner, second floor, water view) AND 3 specific rooms and a birthday celebration to the Touring Plans fax??
Have people had luck using this fax service? Do you think the TP fax has more of a chance of being granted than just faxing the resort myself? And how many days out should we fax?

They have about 3-4 varieties of them right now (traditional blue one you always see, one that was girly (I have a boy so didn't pay much attention) as well as 1 or 2 more in the display).

Those that asked about wine, variety of choices ranging from 13-22 a bottle. My pics on my phone are too large so going to have to wait until I get home to load to computer and resize.

Wow! Good to know!! I know they have my second floor, corner room, and Jamaica 42 request on my reservation along with noting I am celebrating my birthday, but I've configured my fax with three specific room numbers that have water views and in the comments part reiterated that I'm celebrating my birthday and reasoning. Fingers crossed!!

I can live without the building/section water view if I must - I really want a second floor corner.

Does anyone know if there are any corner rooms that have double beds? I was looking at corner rooms on touring plans and they all seem to be king beds.
