Sorry, but the 1 is not for first floor! It is your room number in that building. We stayed in Aruba 5229, and we were first floor. But you are absolutely correct about the first 2 numbers being your building number!Yep, our room last year was 4317 - building 43, 1 - 1st floor. Great corner room, by the way - loved having the extra window!
Continuing with this theme......when are charges actually posted to our cc if we choose to charge things to our room? I want to pay any extra expenses using disney gift cards but I like the convenience of charging to our room account. It would be swell if the charges weren't posted until close to the end because I'd rather not have to go every night to pay off the charges.

Thank you for the info! Thanks to Dansdad too! To be on the safe side I will go every couple of days....is there somewhere to check periodically to see how much is on my account? I really only plan on using it for tips and souvenirs (which there shouldn't be a whole lot of those) and probably F&W purchases.I was just there last weekend and asked this question at check in since my room only reservation was PIF before I arrived. The CM said they took my card information and there is an in-house charge allowance of $500 at the resort. Once you reach that, they will run the card. Otherwise, at midnight before you leave, the check out process will happen and the charges will go through to the credit card. I woke up early the day of check out and got a phone alert from my credit card that my charges were applied and completed. My emailed receipt had the same amount on the charges. I also asked a CM at breakfast if my account still worked for that day if we still wanted to charge anything in the parks. She told me my account is still valid up until midnight again that night. Sure enough, on my way home from the parks at about 3 pm, I got another alert from my credit card that the $43 I spent that morning was charged to my card.
I would be a mad woman at work.......and you have to finish packing? Oh, no.....24 hours from now we will be checking into CBR.
So excited!! Now if work would just finish quickly so I can go home and finish packing!

We've had our luggage in our room when we came back from the parks after landing in Orlando. Maybe something has changed.Hi! First post here, staying at CBR at the end of the year for the first time. I keep seeing that bell services won't deliver luggage to your room if you aren't there. We've stayed at AOA before and they deliver it without us being in the room, is there a reason they don't at CBR? We like to drop everything off and head to DTD and come back after dinner and unpack. Thanks!!

IMHO I would much rather leave my luggage at bell services than have it delivered prior to my arrival . Bedbug check and all, you know? It's not just CBR, it's every WDW resort. Normally the only time your luggage will be delivered to your room without you there is when you use Magical Express. You got lucky at AoA.
We were there on our honeymoon 17 years ago. We loved it. All of the Moderates seem so quiet and relaxing (after years at a value anyway). I think you will enjoy it as a couple. We are now staying here with our daughter and love it for all new reasons![]()

I've had my luggage delivered when in the room and not with Magical Express, but we recently stowed our luggage at bell services last month at AoA and they did put our luggage in our room while we were at the parks. Which is nice since our room wasn't ready until later and we'd missed nap time and just stayed for our dinner reservations. It was nice to get home after being soaked at the park to cleanup without waiting for luggage.
And that is part of the reason why I would like to have it delivered, even if we aren't there. Either way, we will be fine, I'm just curious as to why the resorts would have different policies.I've had my luggage delivered when in the room and not with Magical Express, but we recently stowed our luggage at bell services last month at AoA and they did put our luggage in our room while we were at the parks. This might be a silly question, but can adults use the pool slides?
I was able to fit on them. I'm an adult in years...my Disney side is 7 though. This might be a silly question, but can adults use the pool slides?
