this may have been posted already, but i just saw it on another site:
July 29th, 2005 - Two trains collided on California Screamin', a large roller coaster in Disney's California Adventure. 48 injured; no deaths reported (thankfully). Cause is under investigation; may be computer error which did not stop one of the trains in an e-stop location. California Screamin' is now closed and it appears that it will remain closed for at least a month, if not longer.
