We were only there 2 nights, but on our second day, we happened to be in the room when they knocked, they were there to pick up trash and do a visual inspection. I asked if I could trade some towels while they were there, they gave me a whole new bag of towels.
For the BWV P/G studio, if you get a view of the Luna Park pool, yes it can be noisy, especially during afternoon activities time. A view of the quiet pool would be quiet. A Village Green view would be between the two. I don’t know anything about the Inn side.

I was told by the bartender they are not currently filling the refillable mugs due to an issue with the mug wash station. Not sure how long that will last though.

Ask for "view of quiet pool" and maybe "high floor" as a second request. It will be a little longer walk from the elevators but way quieter than the Luna Park pool view in the afternoon. The CMs use very loud mikes when leading those afternoon activities - ruined all my naps when we had that view!
But a benefit is that if you're going to walk to DHS, just take the stairs down and out on the pool side, and you're halfway there!
I sent an email to the rental company so we’ll see what they say. This is all new to us but I know the member has to request it for us. Since it’s only two nights I’m not sure if we’ll even go to a park but I booked Epcot just in case. The owner can send in a request via chat or email, to evade the long hold times on the phone, so hopefully it will be submitted. Enjoy your stay!
When I look at the touring plans room finder it shows rooms that are almost double the size of other ones. Are there studios that are bigger than others?
Not to my knowledge, but hopefully others will come along who have the familiarity with BWV as well as with TP to answer that question!
