You do know that Memorial Day weekend is May 23-26 and the announcement is through May which ends on the 31st.

…that’s why I said that. Sometimes when they say a refurb is “through” a period it’s deliberately ambiguous, especially as they near the end of the timeframe. Often they end up finishing early and don’t take the full amount of time.

Yes I agree my first statement was meant as humors way, and I offered my serious prediction on the timing of the 3 refurbishments. I just hope they don't chose to follow the Blue Ribbon Corn Dog stand or the Cake Bake Shop model of taking almost forever...

I don’t think you can see fantasmic but Epcot display can be seen though obviously the view is limited to the higher mortars

No but you can see the MK fireworks (EPCOT also) with a BW View on the upper floors.

We were able to see the fireworks in a room that was supposedly a boardwalk view, but we could see the pool also, so not sure if that was a true boardwalk view.

I see a resort view room for 2/16 - 2/22 for $802.33 per night. Weekend and the week is very busy around that time since Presidents Holiday is the 17th.

It is officially 2/17 - 2/21 (Monday - Friday) for NYC but many guests arrive early. And you can NH & Massachusetts and I am sure many more.

Where I live, the kids don't have the whole week off for President's Day, but schools are closed Friday 02/14 and Monday 02/17.

The legal holiday is Mon 02/17; some businesses are closed that day. Even people without kids might be taking advantage of a 3-day weekend.

I forgot about the Feb school vacation until now. We usually go in March during Spring Break, so hopefully the crowds are similar.
