Well, lets start off with the cast of characters:
First and foremost is my DH.
He is truly a saint. You have to understand that last year we took an extended family vacation, with my crazy nutty family, to WDW with everyone staying in a grandvilla at OKW. And the man is still married to me. He truly loves WDW and would be more than happy to take multiple trips each year.
Next is Coco my niece. Coco has lived with us for two years now and is considered one of the family.
Coco is a WDW skeptic. In her teenage opinion WDW is sadly thrill ride lacking and she has even uttered the unthinkable, why dont we go to Universal next time She does love Disney movies though, Aladdin being her favorite. It was very hard to find a picture of just Coco as she is a very humble child and doesnt like having her picture taken because she doesnt realize how pretty she is.
Sky is my baby. Well not so much a baby anymore shes 13 and at almost 5 8 she towers over me.
Skylar loves all things Disney, but is a very sensible child and has recently suggested we skip our 2010 trip to save money, not because she doesnt want to go.
Jacob is my nephew. He is Cocos brother and lives with his Grandma, my Mom. (I wont go into the long story of why their parents arent around). Jacob hasnt been to WDW since he was about 4 years old. He loves being outside barefoot riding his bike.
Next, is my Mom. A little over two years ago my Dads life was cut short in an industrial accident. At that point I decided that life was too short not to spend the special moments with the people that I love. So as long as she is able my Mother will accompany us on all our vacations.
And last, is me Lorrie. I am the planner and organizer of all trips. Honestly, the money part always stresses me out a little, but even in this tough economic climate we find ways to stretch the budget and save in order to make at least one special trip each year.
