Disney's Best Kept Secret....Coming Soon

My son called last night and said there is a brand new billboard on Buena Vista Drive (I think) very close to the new Fairfield timeshare that says, "Disney's Best Kept Secret.....Coming Soon."

Since Disney's Best Kept Secret usually refers to the DVC, anyone have any thoughts on what this might be? Anyone have any definite information?
