Disneys "back by popular demand" dining discount

In the daily disney blog, there is an article about the voucher for 25% off CS meals, IF you eat at off times, before 1100 and btwn 3 and 4 pm......back by popular demand? I think not.

It's only for April 17-23 (I think) I just saw it. They did it over Christmas too.

They did this at Christmas and passed these out everywhere to open the lines durnig the busiest times. It is only on QS in the park, not at the resorts and only off times. GOOD plan, worked well. Those not on the DP prolly saved a few $$ and didn't care it was 1 hour early or 2 hours late.
Not a "real discount" a distraction at noon lunch hour.
