It is pretty expensive (about 1350.00 more) for a Suite but my girls are bigger and need the queen size ged. Still cheeper than the other resorts that have queen size beds! I guess that is why we can only afford a trip to Disney every three or four years! It is a great vacation!

Just recently returned from an (unfortunately shortened) stay at AoA. I did manage to get some food pictures to share. I have lots of pics from around the resort too, which I'll post soon!

We really enjoyed the food at AoA. The portions were huge though, so alot of times we ordered kids sizes. Let me know if you have any questions :)

Is the online checkin new or have they always done it? We have gone so many times and never knew about it. How do we do it?

It's still a surprise for our eldest DD4
Can't wait to finish reading all of these pages

You will have the best time ever! I'm really happy for all of you. :yay:

ILOVEJSPARROW: Thanks for the food photos. So many of the things you showed looked very good, but I have some questions if you don't mind. Is the yogurt in the parfait plain or do they have vanilla or other flavors? What is the Naan bread like? I've often wondered about the egg white omelets. Is it something you have to get used to or are they tasty in their own way? I really should try these when my trip comes up. Finally, how are the homemade chips? They look delicious; I can't wait to try them! Thanks for sharing; I look forward to your resort photos, also.

I can't believe how close my trip is getting; I've really got to get to work on our shirts that I'm making.

30 days and counting until we are in a LM room with free dining :)
It is a surprise for my 2 dgd's -they know about the trip but not LM and Ariel is my dgd's favorite!

Reading this thread really makes me look forward to December when we are staying here for 2 days after our cruise. We are debating staying here next summer also, wanted to wait and see it first hand, but with all the popularity starting to wonder if we should just book it and if by some off chance we don't like it change later. What to do??

moderates have queen size beds and are quite a bit cheeper than an AOA suite unless you have to have 2 rooms.

I'm so excited to see some LM pictures!!! We are staying there 11/24-11/29. My DSD6 and I watched the AoA video on the home page of this site and she is so excited, but is definitely anxious to see some more LM stuff. :)

I think the only queen size is the one in the bedroom. The fold outs are full sized. I think? Someone may have better intel.

Can someone confirm what the doors are made out of in the Nemo section. We are staying there in October and I wanted to hang some Mickey head magnets on the outside for decoration.

Thanks!!

I am so excited to go on this trip I may just burst! :yay: I love reading all of the posts and seeing pics.

I have a few questions??

Did anyone notice window/door decorations during their stay?

The buildings have elevators right?

:yay:
I must keep my mouth SHUT and not ruin the suprise for my son. :confused3 (As I type this in my Mickey t and Mickey Pants):rolleyes1

PS....I am addict to DIS where are the 12 step meetings held? Thank you!!

If they are the same ones they have in DL (which looks like they are), they are sooo good! Crunchy and salty (but not too salty). Kind of like kettle chips.

So excited we just switched to AoA and were able to use the fall room only discount! Don't want to wish summer away but I can't wait for October !!!!!!

Online check-in is relatively new, although not brand new -- it's been available for 2-3 years or so.

Within 10 days of your arrival, you can log into disneyworld.com and the online check-in link should be active for your reservation. Click on the My Reservations link and follow that path.
