Hello! My partner and I have tentatively booked a vacation package (my disney experience) thru disney for January 1st-7th 2017. Were very excited! We put down the 200$ deposit and its looking good that we can pay the full amount come December 2nd (when they need the full payment). However, we booked a standard room because we thought the savannah view was a little pricey (just by a few hundred dollars, but were both students so any amount of $ we can save is helpful). However I reallyyyy would like a savannah view, and wanted to ask what is the likelihood of being upgraded to Savanahh during those days if we ask when we get there? I know its the weekend before the marathon, so it will probably be a busy time and rooms will be filled, but does anyone have any experience with this happening to them in early January? Also if there are some animal views one could get with a standard room? Thanks for your help!
