Thanks so much!

This was my first & last time staying at all-stars. This is our last night at music the rooms are very dated, and for us lacking that Disney feel. No complaints on the food, been using the food truck on property or going over to sports due to renno. Just not for us. Back to POP or POR.![]()
I got bedbugs at Pop. To each their own.
I can't really offer an expert opinion, as our first stay at All-Star Music will be in 2 days. However, I believe the family suites are scattered among Jazz & Calypso, intermingled with regular rooms. I would think you'd have a good chance of getting one suite and two rooms near each other (which is also what I'd recommend--works well for the parents/kids, and gives the whole group access to a kitchenette).
Based on our experience traveling with a large group several years ago, at All Star Sports, I think you drastically increase your chance of being near each other if you check in on the same day, and at the same time if possible. We traveled a day later than the rest of the family last time, and they all got 4 rooms in a row, while ours was in the next building.
We are staying here the end of sept in a family suite. Since those are pretty much in a preferred location, I don't have any additional room requests. And since this is our first visit, I thought it might be good to go through the "normal" check in procedure. However, I've heard that when you do online check in they ask for your approximate arrival time... Is this to try & have a room ready when you get there? I'm planning to check in about 10am, and figured we'd head to MK and our room would be ready & waiting for us after dinner... But if it's ready right away, that would be best... If we do online check in is there a better chance of it being ready early? I know, no guarantees!

Does any one have the menu to the food court in the arcade?
We are here right now and I haven't seen a formal menu.
They have available (all individually packaged) bagels, muffins, cookies/desserts, wraps (several different kinds), sandwiches, a few kids' items, fruit . . . not much else. Also some packaged chips (like Lays, etc).
There is also a food truck at breakfast only which has some hot items. I haven't used it but my husband likes their breakfast sandwiches.
