Disneyquest for 6 year olds?

I have never been to Disneyquest. My older kids would always go there on their own. I am taking a trip with my 6 year old twin niece and nephew. We will have the option for Disneyquest. Is thins something worth doing with 6 year olds? If so, what is there to do that they would enjoy?

My son was 5 when we went in April, it was fun if you like video games. They also have other cool stuff like make ur own roller coaster , and simulation, it was half price after a certain time in the evening I don't know if they do that all the time.. We did DTD the day b4 our park hopper kicked in. Have fun!

I haven't been in several years, but there uses to be a special section with game appropriate for younger kids. My family loved it, but I thought the whole thing was boring.

They are going to have to be rather independent to get to participate. Older kids and even adults will push them to the side if they aren't independent enough to stand their ground at the various video games. If you only do the group activities, like Jungle Cruise or Pirates and such, you'll be together and play together.

One thing to keep in mind is that some of the simulator-type games there do have height requirements (at least in the Disney Quest that used to be in Chicago--someone correct me if this isn't the case at the one at DTD), so if the kids aren't tall for their age, be sure to prepare them for that.

You are right about the height requirements. The kids today are 41 and 44 inches. No chance of making the 48" and up height requirements (by November)on a lot of the attractions. Maybe they don't need to go this trip. Unless there is plenty for kids their age/size, I would hate to just be telling them no no no the entire time we are there.
