Day 6...Thursday March 16
Today I went to the park by myself AGAIN!!
...but I was really hungry so I made my way down Main St. with the intentions of stopping at the Blue Ribbon bakery for some yummy 
and a bagel or something...what the heck was I thinking? 
bagels ha! the line was really long and the longer I waited the longer I was having sugar withdrawel attacks. 
..staring at the gorgeous humongous cinnamon rolls...I had to get out of there and quick so I left the line and headed over to NOS 
...on the way, the Dapper Dans were out in full force and I had to stop and listen to them for awhile 
...then I headed over to Critter Country and rode 
as I hadnt yet ridden it...aww it was cute 
but my hunger took over me so I headed to River Belle Terrace...the line was pretty long there too but at least I could see other foods like eggs and bacon etc...while I was in line a family came up behind me and they were all talking about various places to eat...the family was a mom, dad, and a teenage daughter and son...with them was the parents of the mom...the whole time I was in line the Grandpa kept moaning about the fact that there was no place in all of DL and CA that served fried eggs...he just couldnt let go of it...finally I turned to him and said..well you may not get fried eggs but you can get poached eggs at Carnation Cafe..that started a whole conversation and the family ended up sitting with me and asking all kinds of questions regarding everything the boards talk about lol...I got the Mark Twain which comes with eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and a biscuit...I got coffee and I was a very bad girl...I got and drank a WHOLE glass of OJ. 
..tsk tsk tsk...just as I was ready to leave Chrissy called 
and said they were at the front gate and wanted to go to toontown...I told them to get on the train and get off at the TT station...I met them over there...we rode Roger Rabbit and played around with the firecrackers and stuff...went into Gag factory where I got a 50th Pen, and Licence Plate holder...then we went over to Mickey and Minnies house...got my pic with 
and we then headed out to CA via the loooooooong way around Tomorrowland...on the way we got to see the trash can trio and see the talking trash can...it made me laugh so hard watching these kids react to him and also people taking pics of their kids next to a trashcan?? 
no one is going to understand that ...anyway, once we got in CA we stopped over at the cart we always went to for water and grapes right by the farmers market where I picked up 2 mickey breads; which by the way I only had for 2 days before it got rock hard...i had to throw one out...thank goodness I froze the other one...made our way over to Ariels Grotto where we had PS for 2:30...got over there a little after 2 but they seated us really quickly...we all had the cheesy onion soup except for sarah who had the chicken noodle soup...something I want to point out...due to the fact that dessert is part of the pkg.. and also that I am diabetic, they let me have the boathouse salad along with my soup instead of the dessert...I realize that it cost more for the dessert than the salad but what the heck...Chrissy and Heather got the Avalon Chicken Caesar, Tiff got the special of the day which was the high-striker penne pasta with cajun chicken, sarah got the burger, and I went with the meatloaf...everything was good except I didnt like the tomato relish at all!! so I pushed it off and asked for ketchup instead lol...when dessert course came, Chrissy and Tiffany got the Midway Triple Madness and the girls got the Rocky Road...princesses were..Ariel with legs, Mulan, Aurora, and Jasmine...not a big selection but whatever...the girls got the standard cotton candy...it was really nice...once we ate the girls took off and rode Screamin...Chrissy and I went over to the Wine Trattoria and got our usual Champagne and White Zin..( a few of them)...the sun was setting by that time and Chrissy wanted to go back to the hotel...so I made a deal with her...I told her that if she rode ToT one more time with me, and we went to DL to see the parade..I would leave and go back to the hotel...now this is a major MAJOR sacrifice for me...last night at the parks, leaving before they told me to get out etc...you get the point. I was so tired though...I really needed sleep..so she agreed...now I must add that ToT has been the ride Ive consistently gone on back to back...so much so that the bell hops at the ToT knew me by name...so instead of saying welcome to the hotel..they say you’re back or welcome back Lynn...you know the drill l 
...but I love that ride so much...went to DL and got really good seats up front...but I was told I had no :MickeyMo: spirit
by this awful woman who was completely going against everything the CM who was trying to direct traffic asked because I yelled at her to move after the 3rd time her being asked to move and not block the walkway...she then asked if she could go across the way to sit and was told she couldnt go through that area so when the CM wasnt looking there she went..and when other people saw her, they tried to do the same...and would act like kids by saying “you let her go, why cant I” Good grief people!!! anyways it didnt dappen our spirits and the parade was great...I was so tired, I forgot to go over and get my Mickey pictures...I wanted to but at least they took a couple with my camera...had Tiff and Sarah run to Coke corner and get me yet another pretzel and soda (diet of course)...went back to the hotel and pigged out on pizza and pretzel lol....fell to sleep right after the fireworks...
Day 7...going home
God almighty, of all the days to sleep in, Chrissy was up by 8am and waking everybody up with her...she couldnt wait to leave...can you believe that? I swear how I can even be friends and family member of these people I dont know
...checked out, got gas, and was on the road by 10:30. 
..drove all the way in the rain (see DL was sad I was leaving) 
without stopping until we got to Fresno where we went to Hooters for the chicken wings...Ive heard so much about these wings and they are good but heck I dont know what the fuss is about em ...anyways got home around 5 and all weekend I slept lol...trip was great except I dont think Im gonna take my dd again till she has kids..heck I may just take her kids lol...leave her home...I got to do alot of things I dont normally do and since I was there alot by myself I realize that if need be I can go solo to DL....and Potterphreak, any time you want, stop by Merced and get me hehe...
