Disneyland tickets, please help

I have 2 adult 2 day park hopper tickets and 1 child 2 day park hopper that are good through the end of December. We have once again had to postpone our trip, this time until February and I am wondering what I should do with the tickets. What do you guys think? Ebay? I can't afford to lose all that money. I recently read on another thread (I think it was the long one about the Costco deluxe annual pass + gift card) that you can take unused, expired hoppers and apply them toward new hoppers. You just pay the difference, if there is one, between the old price and the new. I assume this must be done at DL and I don't know if you pay the difference between your ticket and the gate price or prepurchase price.

Sorry, it was on another forum. There was a discussion about using expired passes/hoppers on mouseplanet (Disneyland trip planning). I don't know whether or not it's against the rules for me to post the link so I am leaving it out.
