Disneyland Swap - ***ALL POSTAL 10/18***

On my out of town for the weekend - stopping at post office on the way out to mail my stuff -- I couldn't print off the little form in the PM to send along because my printer died - that's why I didn't get this stuff mailed out sooner -- right in the middle of printing the embelished squares - POOF - no more printer!!
Anyways they're on there way in about an hour or so!

Mine are all over the place... Yahoo groups: simply-elegant-pifs-and-swaps which is my group, DisneyDemocracy which is a Disney swapping group I'm on... there's a PIF group for Disney, the url of which is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DisneyPST_Pass_It_On

Then I've posted some things to 2peas, I think including the poem I did for this swap... look for Shabree, that's my 2peas name, and look for Swaps, and in Swaps, look for Small World poem. Everywhere else, I'm galtscrapper. I have a folder on the PST group that is called Sarah Mullen, where I've got many pictures. Actually, the PST group is FANTASTIC, lots of great talent there.

My swap items went out today. I'm so sorry they were late. I was having "glue issues" with my Tarzan library pockets. I've never had problems with them before but this time NOTHING was working to stick down the side tabs. I did use my new Coluzzle library pocket template and it came with a library card stamp

The good news is that I live in soCal, so they should be to you by Friday.

I'm sorry that I held things up.

So I saw disneyfreakjackie's items on 2peas... OMG, what awesome work! So I want to know... when's the next swap, lol? Whilst I love my little poem, I'd like some *other* Small World things. I am so inundated with swaps right now though, I must be MAD to even ask about more swaps! LOL... however I do need more ride items than character items at this point... and I *LOVED* that this swap focused on Disneyland...most swaps focus on WDW, and since I live in Northern CA, I hardly EVER get to WDW.

Jackie - your stuff arrived today -- Thank you and GREAT job, as always!

Ladies - I'm a bit concerned... TPCShauna sent her items on Monday and I live about 20 minutes away from her. Due to schedules, we were unable to meet up to exchange in person.... There is no reason why her stuff should not have arrived by now. Shauna is at Disneyland right now til the weekend for a work convention so I don't know if she has a tracking # for the package or not. Please keep your fingers crossed that this does not become another USPS statistic! I am heading out of town tomorrow afternoon before mail arrives so I won't know if the package gets here till I get back Saturday evening. I hope my panic is for nothing, but some good vibes sent to the postal service would help!!

Hey everyone,
I spoke with Shauna yesterday, who is terribly under the weather and didn't even get to enjoy her time down at DL last week Anyway, the package has not been returned to her so it is lost in the USPS somewhere.... we're hoping it turns up soon. Can you all wait a couple more days?

That's fine with me. DH and I aren't going to DL until November, and I can't imagine I'll be scrappin around the holidays!

I just feel bad for her that all her work might have been lost.

Yep, good here. I have SOOOO many Disney swaps in a drawer, someday I get around to scrapping them or giving them to make a wish. For now, I'm fine w/ just collecting, lol.

YAHOOOOOOO -- Shauna just called. The package was returned to her - MANGLED The postage got ripped off the corner and the ziploc bag was shredded but the elements themselves were intact YAY. Of course, the CASH that she mailed me was missing -- UGH!

We'll be meeting tomorrow morning to exchange packages and that means that everyone else will go postal on MONDAY!!! FYI - if you wrote me a check for postage, I haven't deposited them yet -- will go to the bank next week.

Thanks so much for your patience!!! I am going to get busy scanning these items in so I can post 'em next week.
