I'm new to this board. I'm also a new homeowner and my husband & I have been redoing the whole front yard of the house and looking for flowers to plant. Today I was looking at the Jackson Perkins website at the roses and I came across Disneyland Roses. I'm not sure if someone else posted about these or not, so I thought since the Disboards are about Disney and this board is about gardening. I thought I'd let you know about them if you guys didn't already know. I have learned quite a bit here and was hoping I could repay the kindness of you all.

Let see if this works!?!?

Thanks for the link. Disneyland is one of my favorite roses. Here's a pic of mine from last year.

It's not as easy to grow here in NJ as it is in CA. It's susceptible to diseases.
Welcome to the F&G & congrats on your new home & garden. Sounds like your renovating the yard is a major project. have you decided on plantings yet? We love to see pics of gardens, flowers, veggies or projects. :flower:

I lost one of my favorite rose bushes this year. The bush was just worn out, probably around 35 years old!!! I called J&P to get something new and ended up with FIVE ordered. One of them is the Disneyland. All of the bushes are leafing out wonderfully, and I can't wait until they bloom.

If my Disneyland looks anything like yours, I will be a happy camper!!!!

T-you :cloud9:Yours will be stunning. We want pics as soon as you have blooms :flower:
I love Disneyland rose so much that when my first one died I wouldn't let DH dig it up and throw it away. Good thing too because it has little tiny leaves on it. It wasn't dead after all! :cheer2: I put a little corral around it to keep the critters out and have been hovering over it with my fingers crossed. Looks like it might grow!
