On the Gray Line website for the Disneyland Resort Express, it says that reservations are not required but you must book within 48 hours. What does that mean? I also have a coupon for $5 off from the link that was here a few days ago from the Anaheim Orange County Visitor Bureau, but there is no offer code anywhere on it and when I tried to book on the Gray Line website it specifically asks for an offer code. Help!

You only need a reservation when your group I believe is ten or more. Wife and I used it for our trip in October. The guy basically discounted our return trip for the coupon. My recommendation though is bring cash for it. They can carbon copy your credit card but they prefer just to do cash. Don't forget the tip as well.

The guy we had was great, gave us a business card with his cell phone # so we could confirm our pickup for the afternoon we left.

Once you arrive at LAX, where do you buy round trip tickets for the Disneyland Express? Do you get them directly from the driver? Or is there a desk you go to?
Thanks.

Yes you get them from the driver, as far as I know there isn't a kiosk or desk associated with the DLE. After driving from LAX the bus always stops at the DL hotel first, which is where they collect vouchers & process payments. I prefer buying my tix ahead (from CAA) just for peace of mind & one less thing to worry about :)

We just visited earlier this month. We took the DLR Express buses from LAX. My family had vouchers via our Disney package, but my MIL and SILs did not. I printed out the coupons for them and my MIL had them in hand. We waited for our bus (and beware of the tiny white vans that say "Disneyland Express" - cause they are so not the same thing). We boarded the bus, rode it to the Disneyland Hotel - which is the first stop and where they collect payment. A man boarded the bus and collected our vouchers, and scanned my MIL's coupons and she paid then. Afterward we were transferred to our hotel. Hope this helps!
