Disneyland Refurbishment Schedule

Does anyone have any official info on what to believe when it comes to the refurbishment schedule of attractions? For instance, Disneyland.com is reporting It's a Small World will be closing on Oct 21, but literally every single other reputable travel/Disney related fan sites all cite it closing the 27th.

Only curious because we're arriving in Anaheim the day its "supposed" to close and am just holding out a little bit of hope

We will be there the same time as you, and I am running into the same problems as you. Someone said to only listen to the Disneyland website. It makes me very nervous though. We will arrive on Saturday, and have Sunday to ride Its a Small World before it closes, if that is the actual closure date (10-21). It makes it hard to plan.

Count on it being closed on 10/21. That is what Disneyland (and the DIS) has listed. If you check the historicals...IASW typically closes the Monday on the week before Halloween. We usually plan trips during that week, and it is always closed for the Holiday overlay.

Thanks guys! It's gotta be rare for people to be upset IASW is closed, but it being the DL version that includes elements not found in the WDW version, we have some family members going who haven't experienced that yet. Bummer.

DD loves that ride, and she was bummed last year when I told her it would be closed while we were there. This year, we are taking our October trip a few weeks earlier.
