I was just wondering if they give discounts for WDW passholders, do you think they might do the same for Disneyland passholders for the 2005 summer cruises. That would be great for us.

I'm sure nobody will know anything for sure until May 5, but just wanted to throw it out.

But since we don't yet know all the specifics, it's possible there will be. I can't see sending the Magic to CA and not having some type of incentive for Disneyland AP holders.

I don't think there will be AP discounts at first ... only if they need to fill the ship and bookings aren't flying off the shelf, then they might offer an AP discount.

We haven't received any information in the mail or via emails (AP's get these) -

summer is a busy time here in CA - Not only for Disneyland, but everywhere!

I doubt they will have a problem filling the ship - But I will be first in line if they offer a discount!

Currently, the only discount for DCL (other than early booking and re-booking on board credits) is for Florida residents but keep in mind, they only offer this when the ship isn't filling up. For example, for the summer of 2004, to this point, only 1 sailing of either ships has offered a break to FL residents and this was for the July 8th 3 day Wonder. This discount lasted for about 3 days before they pulled it.
FL resident rates are usually announced 60-90 days prior to sailing and if you do book early and the reduced rates come out, you can call (or your TA can) and get the reduced rate.
