Disneyland parking

In a week I leave for California and get to go to one of my favorite places on earth! I am so grateful that these boards are up and can help so many people... Myself included! My scenario: my husband and I are on a budget so we have a hotel for wednesday and thursday night and I am planning to have a 2 day park hopper wanting to do wed and thurs in the parks. My sister lives in west hollywood about 45-90mins away traffic depending. I want a jam packed Disney day so we are leaving her house wednesday morning at 5am to get to the gates for opening. We did priceline for our hotel so we are at a holiday inn about 1.5 miles away and I broke my foot so walking that far for the hotel is not an option. Does anyone know if we park in the Disney parking lot in the morning and pay the $15 and leave around 2pm to check into the hotel would this mean we would have to pay again when we get back and park in the parking lot after check in? Thank you bunches in advanced!

Yes, as PP stated you only pay once. If you have a broken foot check into getting a wheelchair, that will probably help since you'll be in pain walking around that much.
