Disneyland Paris online booking

It wasn't working properly on sunday night or most of the day monday but was back up and running okay on monday night.

I've never had a problem myself, but have heard it goes down a lot.

We have used the site to book several times with no problems.

It often has a problem with the calendar pop ups when you are checking dates which then close the browser window down.

Hi. Booked through it twice, never had any problems. Very straight forward.

Has anyone used the following website to book your holiday direct?

http://www.disneylandparis.co.uk/index.xhtml

Did you have any problems?

Not a problem as such - but bear in mind that booking online means that you have to pay the entire cost of the trip straight away. When booking by phone you pay a 10% deposit and then the balance 60 days before you go.

After I close the message box saying "Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site", the booking page then changes to display the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" spiel. Then I just refresh the page, and it all seems to work fine after that.

I have booked though the website three times now and never had a problem. But I will say the site is a bit slow in sending out the confirmation e-mail. when you usually purchase online you recieve confirmation by e-mail straight away. With my recent booking I had to wait 24 hours before it showed up in my box.

I've found that it does play up from time to time when I'm checking for prices etc. So I'd rather just call up to enquire or book.

We had a bit of trouble with it going down, but so far its been fine!

They haven't sent me anything, just emails with all the details in, which i guess saves on postage!

I think i will give them a call and do it that way as i would like to just pay a deposit at the moment.

But other than the website, going direct through Disney has all be fine, i.e. tickets arrived on time and everything actually booked when you get there type of thing :)
