Hi, everyone --

If you have a DL PAP do you get discounts on Disneystore.com? Can you get the merchandise discount if you call DL merchandise to order something? Can you use the voucher for the pass for these discounts before you actually activate it at the gate?

No Disney Store discounts, even on parks products. You can't get discounts at the resort until you have the AP, they scan you actual AP.

What SMD said. You can get a 10% discount on a $50+ purchase at Disney Store (and online) if you use a Disney Visa Card.

I think you can get the AP discount if you call merchandise mail order (I recently mail ordered some items from WDW and the CM on the phone asked me if I had a Disney Visa or AP). They will probably ask you to scan/fax a copy of your AP as proof. As others have said, you cannot get the DL AP discount at the Disney Stores or DisneyStore.com and you must have a valid AP to get the discounts at DLR.

Sometimes D23 offers discounts, but I think you have to be a paying member. There are sometimes discounts and offers directly from the Disney Store, you might want to join their email list.
