Are DVC members able to use points to reserve rooms at the Disneyland resort hotels?

Yes, and they don't charge the $95 fee for them, either. At least until GCV get built. You'll need to call MS for the points needed.

We used our points to stay at the Disneyland Hotel in 2006. That was really nice and I still can't believe how small the DLR property is compared to WDW.
