I know, they don't take requests, but from my past experience at WDW I always seem to get what we request ( or close to it).

So I thought it doesn't hurt to try, but I wanted to ask about which tower betweeen the Fantasy, Frontier or Adventure?

I have read on this board that the whole hotel was refurbished, but is there any reason to ask for one tower over another. Again, I rather ask now and know I did my diligence!

Thanks!

:)

Adventure.
A. You are guarenteed either a a pool view, or the park/DTD view.
B. It's most convinient to the parks, though only a slight edge over the Fantasy tower.

What is the name of the tower, that used to be called the Sierra Tower, Dream Tower.

I haven't stayed in the renovated hotel yet (we'll be there on Jan 15), but my DBF and I prefer the fantasy tower (previously known as the magic tower) because that's where the lobby for check-in and check-out is, as well at the hotel shop. Having the lobby desk in the same building is particularly nice if you have souvenirs sent to the hotel from the DLR shops because then you can pick them up and put them in your room just before heading to the parks in the morning! Also, that tower used to have free coffee out in the mornings but I don't know if that was exclusive to that tower.

FYI, you can request a tower when you make your reservation, but it's only a request.
