disneyland hotel vacation planning phone number?

last summer there was a telephone # for guests at disney hotels that you could call and cast members would make dinner reservations, etc for you - does anyone know if that service is still available and if so what is the number? checked the disney web site and couldn't find the #-any help would be appreciated!
