I dont if anyone else has run into the issue or not but I wanted to get some feedback. I purchased tickets for the Mickey's Halloween Party on the first date they were made available for sale to DVC members. According to the DVC website the ticket prices for select nights was $51.00 and for all other nights except Oct 30,31 the tickets were priced as follows $67 date of event and $59 pre purchase.

After receiving my tickets I noticed that I was charged $67 even though I pre purchased the tickets. I called Disneyland tickets first and was advised that the date that I had purchased 10/25/13 had no discount and the tickets would cost $67. I referred them back to the DVC website as listed above. They advised that I would need to speak with DVC and transferred me there.

I spoke with a very friendly and helpful rep with DVC who checked the website and spoke with his managers. He advised that although the website states that the pre purchase tickets for 10/25 were priced at $59 this was an error. The fine print at the bottom of the page stated "subject to restrictions and change without notice" which allowed the website to be incorrect and the $67 price to be charged.

The DVC rep was very helpful and verified that the pricing that I was seeing was not what I was charged.

I understand that errors occur but in the interest of customer service you would think that they would honor the advertised price and then correct the website.

I checked the website tonight and it still has not been corrected.
