I do love the Muppets but I'm not a yoga person. Definitely in for the 3 races for the weekend, I love the themes.

I still have a 3 day PH that I didn't use when I canceled my trip for DL24. Trying to decide when it makes sense to do a trip to use it (yeah, warped Disney $$ math at work) Not sure this theme really moves me, but will think it over.

Thoughts:

- Have not done yoga and prob won't be doing it but yoga with miss piggy should be incredible, guessing that sells out VERY fast
- Overall weekend theme is very cute and consistent
- Not sure how I feel about the individual race themes though? Small World is not a fave of mine, it's interesting that they flipped Mickey to the 10k theme instead
- POT for half is good from 1/1/2023 until 8/28/2025 and due on that date, nice window and can still use mine from October 2023. No changes to requirements, has to be 2:30 or under

Why did the Small World themed race have to be the half in Disneyland!!?? *Sob* There's no way I can do this race, but man I would love some Small World running merch.

I'm not registering for this race but came here to read the theme chatter. I love them! All of the IPs pull at my heart strings (except stitch but I don't mind him and I'm not the target audience for the kids races )

I do wonder why they chose Miss Piggy over the obvious choice of Janice but I'm sure that's just my Janice bias

I was already 50/50 … except for the HM- I don't like the Anaheim portion of it- but in my family we love Small World so.. I have to..

For those who are thinking about Yoga.. IMO It is amazingly well done at DL!… tons of photo opportunities, very good entertainment before/after; lots of fireworks; and the yoga is a nice easy stretching session…

you get up early and can grab bkfst at DL hotel before heading to the merch queue…

With The Half Marathon themed to small world, will they actually keep this ride open during the weekend? Last two DL Half weekends, that ride has been closed.

How'd you guess?? I'm mostly a MASSIVE Muppet fan, beyond just Miss Piggy. I learned to read at 2 years old thanks to Sesame Street and I grew up on the OG Muppet Show and Muppet movies. The one panel I wanted (and got) at D23 Expo last year was a Miss Piggy retrospective. I was stoked to come and do the Wine & Dine 5K (though disappointed they didn't do more merch outside the Swedish Chef). That course was so great with the videos, and I was thrilled they reused some of those videos on the course at the SS 10K. Between that and this theme, I'm hopeful for more future rD Muppet themes!

So yeah, you could call me a fan.

Seems like the photo ops from past weekends have been all backdrops, no characters, but if they kept Miss Piggy around for photos I would probably lose it.
