This seemed to go faster than usual. My friend was able to register 4 of us for the 5k and 10k. Thankful for her since I'm on a boat to MK right now.

Hang in there people - a LOT of people were holding spots on multiple devices, as they Register, hopefully, they close those (or ignore when their time opens) and the next person gets pushed forward! We were all spazzed registering for OBB, but people pretty much all got in who were there at opening times.

I think it’s been mentioned before in older registrations. But at least for rD closing the window hasn’t historically removed the queue ids. Or else the links shared wouldn’t work the way they do.

So the queues got to go through manually.

Which I think was why it surprised me how fast my OBB wait dropped

It was like NIGHT AND DAY today holy crap! I hopped in the queue and forgot about it until I got to work since it said I had "more than an hour", so when I popped back in and saw 11 minutes I was SHOCKED. Anyway, I'm in for the 10k! YAY!

Sounds like some people are still getting the t-shirt glitch but overall this time it seems to be going pretty smoothly in comparison to past registrations.

I hesitate to say this in case others don't get in, but this was easily the smoothest RunDisney registration I've ever experienced. That's going back to pre-pandemic.

Excited to see so many getting into their races!

Edit: I decided as I don't love the theme and never particularly enjoyed running through Anaheim, to enter the 5K to run with my sister and also the 10K. My first foray back to running at DL!

I got my wife and myself in for the 5k and 10k! It will be her first runDisney races. I did the entire weekend for 2024.
