How long before your LAX flight did you get on the Disneyland Express? Their website says nothing about recommended amount of time before your flight and it is too late to call right now. Trying to plan my character breakfast time on departure day. :goodvibes

Without knowing what time your flight is leaving, kinda tough call. Personally,I'd leave at the 'least' 4hrs before the flight, travel time,security,check-in time and stuff/like/that/there.

:) Somewhere on their website there is a schedule of when they pick up at the different hotels and the arrival times at LAX (or your hotel might have a schedule). I would recommend being at the airport 2 hours ahead of time, so I would plan on being on whatever shuttle would get me there at that time. When we took the DE to LAX, the arrival times that I looked at were 1 1/2 hours and 2 1/2 hours before my flight. I chose the shuttle that would get me there 2 1/2 hours ahead of time because the other one wouldn't have given us enough time before our departure.

OK this is very easy if you are booking Disneyland Express on the internet print out 2 copies of your conformation email why you will need it for your return trip but it does not matter if you dont they will give you a return coupon there is a phone number on this coupon to call them, you have to call 24 hours before departure they will ask you who you are flying with and what time you are leaving and they will give you plently of time to get to LAX, Whatever time they give me I always ask for an hour earlier just to be on the safe side it takes the bus about 45 minutes to an hour to LAX from Anaheim as the bus bypasses alot of traffic even in peak hour.

I compleletly agree with the adding an hour to what they tell you. We took them back to the airport last April and first they sent the wrong bus so it left without any of us. They sent the next bus to take us from HOJO's to DLH where we waited for quite awhile because a bus had problems and then the first bus that had been the wrong bus came and picked us up. We had left lots of time so it didn't bother us, but if we had been on a tight shedule it would have made for a very stressful morning! All that being said, I do plan to use them again just making sure we leave lots of time
