Disneyland Express Shuttle Questions

We will be flying into SNA, 4 adults and 2 toddlers (2 &3) if we take the disneyland express shuttle to our hotel (desert i&s) do my toddlers have to be a carseat??

My family has never flown before so in my head i was just thinking that we didnt need to take car seats because they are not required on the plane, but what i didnt think about was public transportation to and from the hotel.

What is the best from of transportation from airport to hotel with toddlers?

They don't. I don't even think they have seatbelts on those to strap them in.

The other good thing about the DRE is that I think you get like 3 free kids per paying adult.

You don't need car seats on the bus, but depending on weight of kids, you may need and want them for the plane. The belts on the plane are made to fit 40lbs plus.
