DisneyLand Early Entry question

Has anyone been quoted a different hotel rate (for a DL resort hotel) for a rate that includes park early entry, versus a rate that does not include park early entry?

I have a co-worker, who says he got a lower rate, that did not include park early entry.

Does anyone know what the park early entry program will be during the 50th anniversary, or during 2005 in general?

When we were at DL in August there was no early entry at all. DL was open from 8am to Midnight. Given the long hours it wouldn't have made sense to have "extended" hours. DCA was open 10-8 but they didn't have early entry either. And, we stayed on-site at GC.

I can't speak for what the rest of the year would bring but I bet that during the time of those long open hours there would never be an early entry. If there was it would be at 7am and that doesn't make sense.
