Jen you are so good to us! You are right on....I haven't been stretching enough. Will remember that. And I bought running shoes but the more I read I am thinking I should go get measured etc at a running store. It sounds like the style is important depending on how you walk etc.
I am hoping it will get easier...actually I would be ok if it stayed the same. Its the fear of it getting worse that is really worrying me. Going from 1 to 2 to 3 to 5 to 8 minute runs seems doable over the next few weeks...but then it goes straight to 20 minutes with no walking and THAT is freaking me out. I think I need to set up some kind of "buddy system" so someone knows when I am on the treadmill who can call 911 if I disappear for a while (because I am unconscious on the floor).
Ok...a little dramatic, but I'm late and tired.
And don't worry at all about Beth...I had already tried to rope her into the marathon before...she knows she has a ride and a room. Just needs to line up her home life for a few and we are soooo there!!! And using my developer points to stay at GCH, which I've NEVER done before!! So it will be fun! I'm so glad you did that for her, she needed a little push.
