Disneyland Custom Cake Restaurant Delivery

We're going to be doing Blue Bayou for my mom's birthday and I wanted to do a custom cake to be delivered to the restaurant. Does anyone know what flavors, filings, etc you can do? They don't have much info on the site and I would like a general idea before calling to set that up. I saw the thread re: cakes but there wasn't too much recent information so thought I would post the question here.

Calling later in the day tends to get me through more quickly. First thing in the morning does have quite a back up -- then I'm stuck with the hold music and voice over playing in my head for the rest of the day!
